Lucas Stoddard

Growing up on a farm in the Hudson Valley, Lucas Stoddard has found joy in exploring the connection between form and function for as long as he can remember. He has made a career out of designing and building beautiful, functional, spaces. Lucas began working as a carpenter in 2000 and after receiving a B.S. in Environmental Science from SUNY New Paltz in 2002, made construction his full-time focus. Lucas’s skilled craftsmanship and years of experience have made Stoddard Custom Woodworking Inc., founded in 2009, a successful business.

From the renovation of historic stone houses to the construction of modern homes, Lucas has worked on some of the Hudson Valleys most premiere properties. With a keen eye for design, he constructs spaces that are as aesthetically pleasing as they are practical. From custom framing to finishing he is capable of crafting almost anything a client envisions.
